Poem a Day – Day 5

For today’s prompt we were meant to pick an element (like from the periodic table), make it the title of our poem (or part of the title), and then, write the poem.

I’m not much of a scientist but I do know what we need to breathe and I had an old song in my head as I wrote this Haiku:

AIR

Sometimes all I need
Is you, a slow slanting moon
And the air I breathe
